Today we're a thriving full-service piano care business focused on developing highly-skilled teams of piano technicians throughout the US. I’m Kenny House, the owner of Well-Loved Piano.

For the past 18 years our technicians have pursued the highest technical training available and mentored under some of the biggest names in the piano industry. We take extra time at every appointment to answer your questions, we can even sit down and play a few notes for you - as we’re also musicians who have a deep love for the piano. Our passion is helping you take the best care of the piano you love.

We came by this mission earnestly. I had the privilege and honor of mentoring under Registered Piano Technician (and Concert Technician) Timothy Barnes, the founder of Well-Loved Piano. Today I am now a skilled technician myself and the owner of Well-Loved Piano. As a young kid I still remember Timothy coming to my house to service my piano and watching as he patiently tuned each individual note. By the time he was finished, the piano played better than ever before and I was hooked. I saw the value firsthand and the kind of care and attention pianos need to stay vibrant and playable.

Today as the owner of Well-Loved Piano and a professional piano technician, I have the best job in the world. Working each day to help people like you enjoy your piano in a deeper way, so you can sit down after a long day and truly enjoy your music. That’s what guides us as a company and we are proud to play an important role in providing the best service possible to you.
