“Could not be happier! The piano was overdue for tuning anyway, and then the lid fell-on my 1950s Baldwin baby grand. I scheduled my appointment with Kimberley, and she was punctual to the moment-had every tool imaginable-and got straight to work. She fixed the lid, tuned the piano, gave a fair diagnosis of future improvements needed (and showed me everything). I don’t know that I’ll call anyone else, as long as Tim’s crowd is in town. I felt like she loved my piano as much as I do.
